Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB)

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders take an holistic view of mental health.  Such a view incorporates the physical, social, emotional and cultural wellbeing of individuals, their families and community.  Our SEWB Program is based on these principles.  Onsite, offsite, down the beach, up the bush, we go to where clients needs are best met.

Counselling

At Kirrae we offer individual or group counselling ustilising a Family Therapy based approach, tailored to meet the needs of the Aboriginal Community we serve.

Advocacy Support

We offer advocacy services for clients, be this through the Justice System, Health and Medical systems, Schooling system or more.

Case Management

We get that navigating complex systems and multiple services and appointments is hard.  We are here to help.

If you need social, emotional and wellbeing support, please contact our SEWB team via our reception number (03) 55671270
